Experience a mental reset &Â the transformative potential that comes from collective empowerment.
Let's create a gathering aligning our collective gifts to inspire and discover what needs attention.
Iâve been struck by one uniting reality as Iâve journeyed with thousands of diverse women across rural and urban communities. Weâre suffering the same stories in isolation of each other.
Shifts in our economy and culture are pulling us further apart. Increasingly, weâre trending toward working remotely, doing more with less and slashing budgets for cultivating personal and community connection.
These may seem like first world problems, but a real mental health crisis looms in the backdrop as businessâs grapple with intractable social and economic challenges.
Our workloads and demands of both business, families and motherhood leave us little margin to connect with ourselves and others. Sometimes it feels like weâre spinning our wheels in the mud and going nowhere.Â
But the light in the storm is this: What weâve needed, weâve had all along. Each other.
Harnessing the horsepower of group wisdom.
When we pull together, we can move mountains. My experience of counselling and group coaching has revealed no force is more powerful than group wisdom to change lives. There is an energy unlike any other that arises when we gather to point ourselves in the direction of our dreams.
Witnessing this transformative approach has driven me to cultivate a more intentional movement in this direction within my business. Â
This is a vision worth fighting for. Join us to experience this collective leadership within and for yourself!
