Dr. Kim Hine ND

Naturopathic Practitioner - Speaker

As women we traditionally carry a lot of responsibility in the home and with the care of our families. In today’s culture in many cases we also shoulder a lot of burden with work and careers. While we are trying to carry all of these things and do the things we know we are supposed to do, like exercise, and eat healthy, we often tend to lose our drive, our sense of self, or our health and energy. It doesn’t have to happen, but it so very often does. Every woman deserves, and requires, a vibrant level of health and energy, if she is to maintain all of the things she is to do. Kim shares how to regain that spark, that health you desire, so you have more to give to those you love.
