Lynn Hiscoe is the founder and CEO of emPoweredlives, an emotional wellness company that provides personal growth workshops, treatment, training and retreats to help individuals experience emotional well-being, growth, and resiliency by understanding the value of their worth.
A Registered Clinical Counsellor and Registered Social Worker, Lynn has been providing support and therapy to individuals, families, professionals, workplaces, first nations and other organizations for over 30 years.
Lynn teaches people how to take back their worth, navigate life’s challenges with grace and compassion, and live a life aligned with who they are.

As the founder of Business Reach Marketing & Social Media and a long-time social media consultant, Ona Stanton strongly believes in making a difference in her community. By supporting hard-working, family-focused businesses, she connects driven and passionate business owners with their audience and costumers. Ona is driven by her desire to grow and effect change in her larger community by helping her clients reach more people online than they ever could have imagined.
And of course Ona's passion for connection stems for her family as well. Outside of her work she keeps very busy with three kids and all their activities.
Alanna Wilson

Alanna is a creative, a manifester, mover, entrepreneur, mother, wife, student, teacher & friend. She started dancing at the age of 7 and decided to pursue modern dance as a career through a technical dance college where she discovered dance for the purpose of healing and expression and specifically Nia.
After graduating, she began her holistic movement journey and founded Embody Movement Studio in downtown Creston. Alanna's passion for Nia inspires her to share the joy of movement with everyBODY -all shapes, and sizes, ages and abilities. Teaching this practice is her life’s work. Through it, she is able to integrate body, mind, emotions and spirit, and she has found connection and belonging.
